Chief Executive Officer
Holding a Masters in Information Technology (MSc) degree from the University of Keele, United Kingdom, Amila in his capacity as Chief Technical Officer works closely with resources throughout the company, including marketing, engineering, field sales, telesales, supplier relations, business development and customer service.
Amila develops and implements standards for programming and the development environment including selecting development tools, technologies and other software tools.

His qualifications in MCP, MCSE and MCDBA provides the company extensive development experience with object oriented methodologies, client/server systems and a board range of technologies including Internet, database management, communications, user interface and custom applications for many different platforms.
Amila is also the founder/inventor of the Sri Lanka’s most popular online dating portal "kapuwa". Prior to this, he has Co-Founded an enterprise software company that grew from 9 members to 140+ staff, expanding their services throughout USA and Sri Lanka. He boasts more than 8 years of professional experience in software development projects both locally and overseas and has a track record for delivering high quality work, on time. Amila has proven leadership and Project management skills. |

Managing Director
Chandima, in her role as Director of Business Development for EnterSys, is tasked with ongoing management of the company's worldwide client services business and sales team personnel.
Now in her fourth year with the company, Chandima is credited for bringing many major new business relationships to the company. In addition to her strong business acumen and industry knowledge, Chandima is reputed for her impeccable creative experience as a Graphic Designer.

Together, Chandima and EnterSys Managing Director Amila Tennakoon can be credited for the vast majority of website Design and Development delivered to the company's clients. At EnterSys she has had the unique opportunity to combine and leverage her strength in both of her passions: Strategic Development and Marketing. Off hours, Chandima is fueled by a passion for diverse cuisine, traveling and infinite hours of Internet surfing. |

Project Manager
With over 10 years of experience in the planning, development, and implementation of complex web applications and network solutions, Thusitha manages all projects under development from information architecture to final integration and delivery.
Drawing upon his technical experience as a ‘hands-on’ developer, Thusitha is highly skilled in a diverse arena of programming languages, including: Microsoft Technologies (C#, VB, VB.NET, SQL), PHP, Java, Assembly, MySQL, PostgreSQL, InterBase, Oracle and ActionScript, as well as Linux, UNIX, Solaris and Windows.

Thusitha also maintains and expands the EnterSys infrastructure for Hosting and Project System Operations, while also sourcing and evaluating new technologies for use within our operation. In his limited hours away from the daily technology demands of the company, Thusitha can most likely be found engrossed in his consummate passion for Politics. However, beyond the more stereotypical aspects of his free time, he also enjoys traveling, home improvement and he has recently found a love for Sipping Tea 5 times a day. |

Mahesh is an expert in business development and marketing with particular expertise in the IT solutions sector.
Mahesh has 15 years of experience in the IT sector in various roles ranging from sales and sales support to recruiting and training, as well as operations and management.
Mahesh joined EnterSys as Manager Operations in May 2007, where he uses his experience to drive the development of EnterSys’s Web hosting services and solutions offering all around the world.
